Certification is earned, not purchased. Payment covers the enhanced review process — servers that don't meet the trust score threshold will not receive a certified badge. If your server doesn't pass, you'll receive a detailed report explaining why and what to fix. You can resubmit at no additional cost after making improvements.
Free scans complete in under 60 seconds. Standard certification (with manual review) typically takes 2–3 business days. Premium certification takes 3–5 business days for the initial deep scan and review.
If a routine re-scan detects a score drop, we'll notify you immediately and provide a detailed report of what changed. You'll have 14 days to address the issues before your certification status is affected. Minor fluctuations (±5 points) don't trigger alerts.
Yes. If you believe your score doesn't accurately reflect your server's security posture, you can request a manual review. Contact us at [email protected] with your server URL and specific concerns.
Use our Badge Generator to get embed code in Markdown, HTML, or RST format. The badge auto-updates whenever your server is re-scanned — no manual updates needed.
A Soulbound Token (SBT) is a non-transferable on-chain attestation of your server's certification status. This feature is planned for a future release and will provide cryptographic proof of your trust score that AI agents can verify programmatically.
Certification fees are non-refundable once the scan process has begun. If your server fails certification, you'll receive a detailed report explaining why and what to fix — a re-scan after addressing the issues is included at no additional cost.
